‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) is slowly losing his mind and we can all see why. While he came into Genoa City the bad guy, he’s quickly become a relatable person. While he suffers from his “illness”, Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) has been taking steps to ensure he doesn’t get to see his “son” Harrison Locke.
While there are a lot of questions that still need answered, like if Ashland is really sick or if he’s playing it up to get in with Newman Enterprises, I think we can all relate to his outbursts when dealing with Tara and her ability to get under the skin.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: If I Were Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), I’d Be Furious Too
If Ashland is indeed dying, then getting full custody from him is a huge slap in the face. You’d think you’d let him see Harrison as much as he could before he passed, but Tara knows what she’s doing and how to get it.
They keep making a big deal about his outbursts and anger, but if I were in the situation I’d be furious as well. If I was already dying, I should damn well be able to see my son, even if he’s not biologically mine, as I raised him since he was born.
I can see where Ashland is coming from, and even Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) does now too. Though, the question remains. Do you think he’s really sick?
What do you think? Is Ashland really sick or is this all just one big ploy to get in with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Newman Enterprises? Let us know in the comments below.
